Does not even deserve one star. Completely and utterly shocked at how my “appointment” went. I called ahead of time and asked if they offered prenatal massages - the reply was “yes, we’re open now - come now”. So, I did - though when I rang the door bell the woman that answered was surprised to see me and looked like she had just woken up. I asked again, while obviously very pregnant, if she offered prenatal massages - she said yes, but only while on my back. I’m trying to discuss what that means, as she’s rushing me to pay up front - also, only offering me 30-minutes. How are you open and available, but I’m not able to decided the length of the massage? I guess blessing in disguise at that point because I had to ask the whole entire time for her to rub my back while I was on my side, as they do not have the designated pregnancy tables. This woman BARELY touched me, and act like she was terrified to give me a massage. The length of this absolute joke of a “massage” lasted a whole 15 minutes. She barely put any oil on my body, because she barely did a single thing. So, $50 for a complete waste of 20 whole minutes. Once I got dressed, I walked out of the room, said thank you and headed towards the door. She gets directly in front of me, blocks me from the *locked* door and says “tip for me”, I said no thank you. She YELLS “I have bills to pay!”, I replied “ma’am, I just gave you $50 to do absolutely nothing for me when I asked several times beforehand and even during.” - again, YELLS “You give me tip! I have bills to pay!”, I responded “I also have bills to pay, and this was a complete waste of my money and time”. She finally unlocked the door and I left. Never in my life have I experienced something like this.
